Appia Management

Appia Management est une entreprise de conseil en management. Notre but est d’améliorer la performance globale de nos clients et en particulier la performance de l’équipe dirigeante avec une vision systémique, en traitant à la fois des questions d’organisation, des questions de performance, des question métiers, de culture, de relationnel et managériales.

De nombreuses grandes entreprises font appel à nos services parce qu’elles ont besoin d’un regard extérieur et d’inspiration dans un monde qui évolue très rapidement. Elles ont besoin de connaitre l’état de l’art et il faut donc des experts. Nous amenons une expertise afin de permettre à chaque entreprise de déterminer l’état des lieux.

Nous avons la capacité de diagnostiquer toutes les dimensions de la performance d’une équipe ou d’une entreprise et d’identifier les principales sources d’amélioration. Les entreprises savent que nous sommes capables de comprendre leur ADN propre et de réaliser du sur-mesure en fonction de leur ADN.

Nous sommes passionnés par l’entreprise et conscient de l’impact sociétal et économique. En améliorant la performance des entreprises nous avons le sentiment de participer à la transformation du monde.

Dans son travail, l’entreprise utilise des tests psychométriques, des diagnostics de personnalités managériales, des diagnostics de leadership, des analyses transactionnelles, la PNL, les théories des organisations, les neurosciences, la psychologie, la sociologie, etc. À chaque fin de mission, l’entreprise apprécie ses résultats obtenus en mesurant la satisfaction des clients.

Pour les années à venir, l’entreprise souhaite faire grandir une communauté d’intervenants capables d’accompagner des transformations systémiques. Appia Management travaille essentiellement avec des seniors chevronnés ayant un triple ADN de consultant, coach et dirigeant.

Les qualités les plus importantes que doivent avoir des entreprises telles que la nôtre sont l’expertise, la vision systémique, l’agilité et la capacité d’entrainement.

Nous nous démarquons de la concurrence car nous agissons sur l’organisation, la performance, le culturel et le relationnel sans les cloisonner. De plus, nous sommes capables de comprendre l’ADN propre à chaque entreprise et de nous adapter en conséquence. Notamment l’un de nos savoir-faire est d’être capable de détecter, pour une équipe, quelles sont ses priorités de travail.

Notre expérience la plus marquante a été lors de l’accompagnement d’une entreprise de luxe en transformation pendant 2 ans avec intervention systémique sur son identité, son positionnement, son organisation et son management
